What we do

Assessments
Assessments are one-off services to evaluate an individual's capacity to complete their daily tasks at home and within the community, including workplaces. These may include: activities of daily living assessments, worksite assessments, ergonomic assessments, WorkHab Functional Capacity Evaluation, and medico-legal assessments
NDIS & Therapy
Adapt Wellbeing provides NDIS services to plan-managed and self-managed participants. These services can be either one-off assessments or form a basis for ongoing consultation and therapy. Services may include: functional capacity assessments, assistive technology assessments, home modification assessments, mobility assessments, goal setting, and tailored therapy plans

Other Services
We can assist through various funding schemes including DVA, Medicare, and private referrals. We work with you to determine the scope of services which may include therapy, assessment, case management and return to work planning.

Why we stand out
Specialist focus
I've built my practice around four specific areas: Women's Health, Medico-Legal, Disability, and Life Transitions. Working within these defined areas means I have built real expertise and provide a genuine focus to everyone I work with.
Accessible
Occupational therapy can make a real difference before things reach crisis point. You don't need a formal diagnosis or a funding scheme to access support, If something is affecting how you function or how you feel, reach out.
Continuity
Adapt Wellbeing is a sole practitioner practice, which means you'll work with me directly from your first contact through to the end of our work together. That consistency builds the kind of trust that makes a real difference, particularly for complex or sensitive situations.
