Services

Adapt Wellbeing provides Allied Health services to adults with injury, illness, or disability. We work with individuals to understand their needs and assist them to achieve their goals.

We can provide both assessment and therapy services. Below are our standard service offerings. Tap each item for further information. We can also work with you to determine if there are other areas in which we can assist you.

We will assist you to achieve your goals in the way which best suits your unique situation. We
will ensure that you are supported and seek to implement additional supports should we feel that your needs are outside our scope of practice so that you have what you need.

We will ensure that you are empowered and at the centre of all decision-making and that you are
informed of all options available to you. We will always be open and honest in our communication and services with you.
