About
Adapt Wellbeing was founded on a the belief that occupational therapy should be genuinely tailored to the person in front of you. I established this practice to work in a way that puts that belief at the centre of everything. That means taking the time to understand not just a presenting issue, but the whole person, their goals, their context, and what a good outcome actually looks like for them.

Occupational Therapist
BAppSc(OT)(Hons) · MBA · GAICD
I'm an Adelaide-based occupational therapist with over a decade of clinical experience and several years in senior management roles across the allied health sector. I founded Adapt Wellbeing to offer genuinely person-centred occupational therapy to adults.
My clinical background spans inpatient rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation, veteran support, disability, and mental health. That breadth means I'm comfortable working with complexity, people who don't fit neatly into a single category, or whose needs cut across more than one area of practice.
I have a particular interest in women's health and perinatal occupational therapy, drawn from both personal and professional experience. I also work extensively in medico-legal and insurance contexts, where I combine clinical depth with clear, evidence-based reporting for solicitors, insurers, and case managers.

What matters most to me is building genuine trust with the people I work with and taking the time to understand not just the presenting issue, but what a good life actually looks like for them, and working toward that.
VISION
To support every person I work with, whether navigating injury, illness, disability, or life transition, to achieve their best possible wellbeing and full participation in the life they want to live.
MISSION
I provide specialist occupational therapy to adults in South Australia, I am dedicated to delivering evidence-based, holistic allied health services. I provide honest communication and a genuine commitment to outcomes that matter to the people I work with. My practice is built around four areas of focus: Women's Health & Perinatal Wellbeing, Medico-Legal & Workplace Rehabilitation, Disability & Independent Living, and Life Transitions & Everyday Wellbeing
VALUES
Empowerment: I empower the people I work with by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to take control of their own wellbeing journey.
Holistic Care: I recognise that wellbeing is multidimensional. Physical, mental, emotional, and social dimensions are deeply interconnected, and I address all of them. Occupational therapy doesn't treat a condition in isolation; it considers the whole person and the whole of their life.
Person-Centered Excellence: My commitment to excellence is driven by my dedication to the people I serve. Every interaction and service is tailored to the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each person I work with.
Innovation and Adaptability: I embrace innovation and continuously seek new ways to enhance my services and adapt my approach to better meet the needs of the people I work with.
Compassionate Collaboration: Collaboration is at the heart of what I do. I foster strong relationships with clients, their families, employers, and support networks. By working together, we create the best conditions for genuine wellbeing.
